Why not begin your search for the perfect senior living community with a local expert that can provide guidance and support while you do your search? It’s time to take the stress out of your quest to find the best senior living option for yourself or your loved one.
Each month Senior Care Expert, from askjaynie.com will personally escort primary caregivers on tours of local Assisted Living Communities. This will hopefully, take the fear of the unknown, out of Community Based housing. Get ready to arm yourself with information about this major decision to choose the option of assisted living, whether large or small. Jaynie and her staff really know there stuff and are ready to share there knowledge and expertise with you, so you are ready for this major life transition.
WHEN?
On the last Sunday of the month, between 12:00 pm (noon) and 2:00 pm, we will take primary caregivers on a tour of several carefully selected Assisted Living Facilities (ALF). The goal here is to show you what ALF (both large and small) have to offer, and what they look like. You may even get to sample their menus, and or the homemade cookies they serve their clients.
WHERE?
There are communities spread all over the Greater Sacramento area. Since the tour locations for each month will be different, Jaynie will contact those who have confirmed their attendance to coordinate a meeting location.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT?
You will see Large Assisted Living buildings, smaller residential homes, called Board & Care Homes, as well as Memory Care Communities. Jaynie will tell you what to look for, and how to find the right ones for your loved ones. You will get to ask questions, and see residents who live there, and possibly ask them what their thoughts are. This process hopefully will dispel all previous ideas of what Long Term Care looks like. And, will hopefully, make you a more informed primary caregiver, knowing that if you should need to place a loved one, it will be in a wonderful loving setting.
You must RSVP by the Friday before. Space is limited. Minimum of 5 required for the tour, with a maximum of 10 attendees, as we don't want to overwhelm any care facility with too many visitors. If we don’t reach the tour minimum, we will contact you to schedule a personal tour at your convenience with Jaynie.
