Moonlite’s care managers provide you with a safe and easy way of finding home care.
- We will do a comprehensive Safety Evaluation of your home to identify possible ‘safety hazards’, then provide valuable suggestions to modify your home when needed.
- We will provide you with a list of no-cost/low cost contractors to make the needed changes to ensure your safety, should non medical in home care be appropriate and safe.
- We assist with finding screened non-medical personnel to help with your personal care needs. This can be as simple as meal preparation, house-keeping chores, medication reminders, bathing, dressing transferring from chair or bed, stand by assistance when needed, transportation to doctors and errands or simple companionship.
Placement Services when deemed appropriate
With a comprehensive assessment of needs, we will pre screen Assisted living communities and board and care homes, licensed by the state dept of social services in good standing, to show you or a family member. They will all meet your financial geographical and physical care needs. We will be with you during the whole process.
