July 31st from 1 – 3pm at Hoppy Brewing, connect with others who understand your struggles as a Primary Caregiver for a Senior.
Each month we will meet at one of the coolest Breweries, Wineries, or Coffee Shops in town for an informal support group. This month, meet us at a totally cool brewery called Hoppy Brewing Company in East Sacramento.
Let’s taste test their awesome brews and delicious food! We have booked the private room for this month’s group. Come and relax, share your stories, receive expert guidance, and find a better way to cope with this difficult time.
Each month one professional from our senior care network will be invited to attend to provide guidance in the area of their expertise. This month’s special guest is the amazing Mrs. Denise Davis. She has been the Program Director for the Greater Sacramento Area Alzheimer’s Association since 2001. Denise is the voice on the other end of many of the organization’s Help Line Calls and the Dynamic Coordinator of their Annual Education Conference, just to name a few of her roles.
Denise is well respected in the community for her long commitment to the cause, having been a friend, guide, supporter, and huge advocate for families fighting this Alzheimer’s disease of so long. Many know and love her tremendous spirit and caring heart, which she brings to the cause each and every day. We are thrilled to have Denise come to share her knowledge about the disease and share what she knows about the programs, services, and advocacy available and taking place in our community.
