Feelings of guilt as a caregiver are perfectly normal. But, you have to cut yourself some slack. You are doing the best you can. You are probably more than burning the candle from both ends.
What you have to give is enough. So, process your feelings of guilt about not being “enough” for your senior loved-one, and then let it go. It doesn’t do anyone any good. It’s wasted energy. You are ENOUGH.
