Special Guest Speaker: Jenna Land, DC
(A Perfect Curve Chiropractic)
Dr. Jenna Land was born Jenna Rivett, and grew up in Fair Oaks, CA. She attended UC Davis, where she got her degree in Exercise Science. After a 6-week graduation trip to Europe, she moved to back to Oakland to attend Life Chiropractic College West. After completion of this degree and licensing, she opened her practice in Roseville, 'A Perfect Curve Chiropractic' and has been serving the community since 2004. Recently Jenna has aligned herself with an amazing company, Hempworx who provide the Highest Quality Hemp-Derived CBD Oil available. Hempworx goes above and beyond to provide CBD oil that is C02 extracted, resulting in a solvent-free, pure extract. You may see CBD oils in CVS, Rite Aid, and even Target, but don't buy these until you hear the real lowdown on CBD oil and its effectiveness. Please have an open mind when you join us. This is a wonderful opportunity for us all. Having Jenna share her knowledge with us, as a practitioner of health and wellness is a true win for anyone with chronic pain, difficulty sleeping, joint pain, headaches it even works on animals.
She will walk us through the benefits of using CBD oil for overall wellness and pain management. This coming from the perspective of treating the whole body, not just symptoms, and how CBD oils and its many different products can help with this. Jenna has been not only a wonderful resource for many of her clients (I being one of them) for proper overall body wellness through Chiropractic, but now has the inside scoop on the finest products on the market and how to use them. It's time to stop the madness that doctors, big pharmaceutical companies and traditional medicine practices have pushed on us for years.
It's time to learn about options for our own bodies so that we can be proactive in entire body wellness. I really hope you will join us for this informative meeting about CBD in all its forms. It really is information we all need to hear, with the hope that it will be used to help make educated decisions about something that is finally coming to the forefront of healthcare. By sharing alternatives such as CBD, as opposed to using traditional pharmaceuticals as care options, my hope is to 'possibly' open the door to a more healthy and pain-free body.
Art Facilitator: Medina Kay Van Alstyne
(MindnHeart)
While we listen to and ask questions of Jenna, who has graciously agreed to join us this month, my good friend, and sister from another mother, Medina, will guide us through the Canvas portion of this wonderful respite from caregiving. Yes, it's her, please help me welcome back Medina Van Alstyne, who is bringing her creative juices to our members yet again. Medina brings her many years and expertise in activities, to help us bring out our inner, Van Gogh, Monet, or Picasso, who knows, in my case, it might be Jackson Pollack, lol, all to relieve stress and have some fun while we learn. Please join us, this month to have some fun and learn lots of new great stuff.
